Aspiring comedians can strut their best jokes on the Internet by entering a video contest sponsored by MySpace and U.S. cable television network TBS.

The 'Stand Up of Sir Down Comedy Challenge' allows comics to submit clips of their act through the myspace.com Web site.

TBS said Wednesday the top five contestants, as voted by MySpace users, will appear on a one-hour TBS special with host George Lopez Nov. 17.
