News: MySpace may be bound for the newsstands

MySpace, the magazine?

A print version may be in the works, according to an article in AdAge. AdAge says the teen social networking site is in talks with uber-hip pub Nylon. The two partnered on an online music issue in May; the print mag would likely feature "standout MySpace members" and their interests, AdAge reported, quoting an unnamed executive.

MySpace is, of course, now owned by media conglomerate News Corp., which is no stranger to mass media. But can the hipsters at Nylon convince teenagers raised on the Net to--gasp!--read something in print?
