A Kanawha County man who was arrested earlier this week on an arson charge after police saw a MySpace.com posting about the crime was arrested again Thursday after police say he fled from a deputy on his all-terrain vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended, court records show.

About 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Kanawha County Sheriff’s Deputy R.L. Keglor tried to pull over David A. Fugate, 20, who was riding an ATV on Campbells Creek Drive, but Fugate fled up Spring Fork Drive, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.

On Monday, the victim gave investigators a printout from a message board on a juvenile’s online MySpace.com account in which Fugate claimed he was one of the people who threw the jars at the house, according to the criminal complaint.
